5 Months Old

It  has been a fast five months. You are still coming to Hon's and Gpa's house every day. We are having so much fun with you. I go meet your Dad every morning at Ramona. 20 minutes later we are back to the house and Gpa is getting you out of the Jeep. You have found your feet and keeping your socks on is a full time job.

You have discovered your voice and you like to squeal, sometimes really loud. You can get toys to your mouth and love to chew on things.

You wear size 3 diapers but they are getting snug. You wear 6 months clothes. You weigh 17 lbs.

You can sit up by yourself.

You have started eating baby food.  You eat rice cereal, sweet potatoes. carrots. squash, applesauce and bananas. We start a new food every week and so far you have liked each and every one of them.

You still aren't sleeping all night but you are so cute we are forgiving you for that slight infraction.

So here is looking at you kid, we can't wait to see what month 6 brings.

1st Halloween

We took a few pictures of you in your casual Halloween clothes.

Then we got serious about you being the cutest dinosaur ever seen.

Sometimes there just aren't any words for the fun we have at Hon's and G'pas!!

4 Months Old

What is new this month?

Spit bubbles!!! You found out you can do them and now you do them all the time.

You also have discovered your voice, sometimes you just yell and yell.

You wear size 3 diapers and size 6 month clothes.

You weigh 16 lbs. We started you on cereal and you like it.

You still aren't sleeping all night but you are so darn cute that we don't care!!!

It's Hunting Season Baby!!

Really it's not at Hon and Gpa's house. We just like to pretend we are hunters so we have a reason to dress you in camo and take your picture.

The following picture is what a wannabe hunter looks like when he is tired of taking pictures.

We went hunting for a bottle after this picture.

0-60 in a minute.

Most of the time you are a very contented baby. You will lay and watch everything that is going on around you.

Sometimes you get so tickled that you just laugh out loud.

It starts with a grin.

Turns into a giggle.

Then a full fledge belly laugh.

But things can go south quickly.

It starts with a whimper.

Goes to an ugly cry.

And before we know it you are wailing.

We like to say you can go from 0-60 in a minute.
